It is noted that the debt of the population for housing and communal services reaches 570 billion rubles.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian Ministry of Construction prepared amendments to the rules for subsidies for housing and communal services, which would free the Russians from the need to independently submit documents on the absence of arrears in paying for housing and utilities.
