After moving to stage 3 at midnight on Saturday, daily life is no longer the same in France. A stone's throw from the headquarters of RFI, the city of Boulogne-Billancourt (92) woke up in surprising calm on this Sunday with a taste of spring.

This March 15 will be remembered for more than one reason: the French woke up in an "other world", one where cafes and restaurants now show closed, the Sunday morning shops also had the curtain closed. Only food shops, pharmacies and tobacco shops are now allowed to open. On this day of municipal elections, in Boulogne-Billancourt (120,000 inhabitants), the coronavirus pandemic was right because of the most lenient weather conducive to the pleasure of finally putting our noses out.
