It is noted that in general the cost of implementing measures from the message to the Federal Assembly over three years will amount to about 4.57 trillion rubles, of which new - about 2 trillion.
The Federation Council also approved the law on adjusting the budget parameters of the Pension Fund of Russia for 2020 - 2022, which provides for an increase in the cost of paying maternity capital.
Earlier, the Federation Council approved the decisions of 85 Russian regions on the approval of amendments to the Constitution.
