The country yesterday decided to close schools and preschools and Norwegian stores notice a hoarding even at the border trade.
At Ica in Hemavan, it is so far only as a normal day good during high season for border trade.
But closer to the border in Umfors, the trade was clearly higher than a normal Thursday from both Norwegians and Swedes this season, Anna Segerstedt notes.
