The Fund indicated that it had started the application of the first phase of the remote work system experience, before the end of 2018 through the adoption of the "smart office" system, which allows the Fund employees to complete the job tasks without the need for daily working hours at the workplace.

He pointed out that the experiment has been applied to a number of different departments in the Fund, where it became possible for the Fund employees to provide all its services remotely, without the need to personally come to the workplace, in addition to the ability of the Contact Center employees to receive business contacts and inquiries of the employers via their personal phones During the official working hours from anywhere, through the smart connection of the Fund’s communication system with their phones through the transfer of calls.

The Fund confirmed that the results of the evaluation of the first experiment showed great success through the numbers and statistics, which indicated a remarkable increase in the number of transactions completed by employees, including responding to customer inquiries.
