It was on November 3 last year that the police were alerted to the shooting range in Norberg. The man in his 40s had been there with an elderly man and shot. For some reason, the older man had found himself on par with the course's targets at the same time as the man at the age of 40 was shooting at the boards. The elderly man met in the chest and died at the scene.

An investigation was initiated and during Wednesday afternoon, chamber prosecutor Carl-Johan Norström filed a lawsuit against the man. In addition to violating someone else's death, he is also charged with a weapon offense when he fired with a weapon he was not authorized to use.
