According to the head of the Foreign Ministry of the DPR, Natalya Nikonorova, “it does not matter what this body will be called.”
“It is important that this will be a platform for direct dialogue, communication between the two parties to the conflict - Donbass and Ukraine,” TASS quoted her as saying.
Earlier, the deputy head of the Russian administration Dmitry Kozak said that the parties to the conflict in the Donbass agreed to identify new sections of the withdrawal of forces along the contact line.
