She said that the working group discussed issues that are related to “the special status of ORDO and ORLO (certain regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. - RT ) according to paragraph 11 of the Package of measures (to implement the Minsk agreements. - RT )."
“It was also decided to create an advisory council under the working group, a draft of its terms of reference and an order of work were agreed upon,” RIA Novosti reports.
She explained that among the tasks of the council “there will be the development of recommendations on political issues within the competence”.
Earlier, the deputy head of the Russian administration Dmitry Kozak said that the parties to the conflict in the Donbass agreed to identify new sections of the withdrawal of forces along the contact line.
