Yesterday, the Ras Al Khaimah Criminal Court began the trial of a young man on charges of escaping from the police station, insulting the owner of a nightclub with profanity, assaulting two employees of the club and resisting and assaulting police officers, in conjunction with two girls who were accompanying him and accused in the same case, and the young man admitted to fleeing the police station and Unconscious.

According to the Public Prosecution investigations, the defendant drank alcohol and assaulted a captain in the Ras Al Khaimah Police, resisted the policemen and refused to board the vehicle and fled from the police station after his arrest. He is drunk and did not control his behavior.

He explained that upon his arrival at the house, he regained full consciousness, and remembered that he had escaped from the police station.

Investigations stated that the second suspect drank alcohol, assaulted the policemen, threw a glass of water on a security man, assaulted him with insults, and threatened to bring her brother to beat him. She also assaulted and insulted two nightclub employees.

The defendant denied assaulting the police at the moment of her arrest, and confessed to the rest of the charges against her. The third defendant also admitted in front of the court panel for assaulting two employees of the nightclub, beating police officers and drinking alcohol.

The defense attorney for the first accused requested that he be released on bail, summon a witness of evidence in the case to hear his statements before the court, and unload the surveillance cameras at the location of the incident. Postpone the case to the next session to hear the defense case.
