Alerts pronounced by the police themselves, it is new, estimates the lawyer Agathe Grenouillet which underlines that within the police force, the law of silence reigns in normal time. Another novelty: the seriousness of the allegations.

" Today, we still have officials who come to alert about orders that are illegal, that is to say, that would even contravene the provisions of their ethics and internal security code, notes the lawyer. We are still in something dramatic today. Since in particular with regard to the trap principle, it is that normally in a trap, we must leave a loophole for the demonstrators. Except that there we have clearly orders not to let the demonstrators escape, precisely, the trap. This has led to completely ubiquitous and hyper-dangerous situations. So there is clearly a management of law enforcement, today at least of what is denounced, which is illegal ”.

" There is no problem Lallally "

The prefect of police continues to benefit from the support of the Minister of the Interior Christophe Castaner, who affirmed a few days ago that " there is no problem Lallement ". But some squadron leaders began to disobey the prefect's orders. They can do so, according to their code of ethics , if the order is deemed illegal or dangerous.

The prefect of police in Paris is also subject to a complaint of a " yellow vest " disheveled . And the Defender of Rights or the Advisory Commission on Human Rights could also raise the tone.
