The Abu Dhabi Misdemeanor Court examined the case of a Gulf woman, accused of assaulting a saleswoman in a store, after a verbal brawl broke out between them, and the court decided to reserve the case for judgment in the March 16 session, while the defendant continued to sponsor.

During the session, the defendant denied assaulting the saleswoman, noting that the seller deliberately ignored her, despite trying more than once to draw her attention to her assistance, but she deliberately engaged with other agents, deliberately provoked her and opened some drawers close to her to injure her in the leg, as she left her during the conversation and left.

While the defendant’s defense stated that the recording of the incident, which was taken from the 30-minute surveillance cameras inside the store, the interpretation of the image and the face marks shows that the victim verbally assaulted the suspect and raised her voice, prompting the place’s supervisor to come and call the store’s security, where she was The victim is in a state of revolution, prompting the accused to leave the shop.

He stressed that the incident does not exceed more than the contact between the accused and the victim during the first exit from the store, and the records clarify that and there is no assault or beating, calling for an amendment to record the accusation material, as well as seeking the innocence of her client.

The defense demanded the acquittal of the accused, based on the store's cameras.
