His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, issued a federal decree for the year 2020 to appoint His Excellency Nasser Abdullah Ghaleb Bin Kharbash, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for Emiratisation Affairs.
His Excellency Nasser Abdullah bin Kharbash has held various positions in government and private work, and he has experience in the aviation sector and the operations and related commercial activities associated with him in addition to human resources, during which he held the position of regional director of Emirates Airlines in a number of countries including Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Austria, and director General for the Middle East and Africa, and also held the position of Senior Regional Vice President in Human Resources Development and Customer Service at the company.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Aviation Management from St. Louis University in the United States of America, and a certificate of innovation in business strategies from Boston, USA.
