The municipal elections are fast approaching and you no longer have the proposals of the Strasbourg candidates in mind? The main association of merchants, the Vitrines de Strasbourg, "will flood the city" in the words of its director general Pierre Bardet, with a synthetic document which will be distributed among the majority of merchants.

We want "to inform customers, we are opinion relays and we want to open the debate" rejoices Pierre Bardet. Relays, but also voters ... "It is a false idea to believe that traders do not live in Strasbourg and do not vote here," said Pierre Bardet from the outset. "According to our survey of 534 traders, 69% live in different parts of the city as well as 62% of their 3,825 employees," he added.

Many topics covered

The association has therefore split a six-page document, "a newspaper", where traders ask ten questions to all candidates. Those who answered questions "pragmatic, concrete and precise which interest the consumers voters", assures Pierre Bardet.
