The number of newly infected coronavirus in the world has reached more than 100,000 people, including about 3406 deaths in 91 countries and regions, according to a toll compiled by Agence France-Presse, according to official sources, yesterday, at a time when countries are striving to curb the spread of the virus By implementing precautionary measures that prevented its spread, more European schools were declared closed, while the Vatican and Serbia joined the list of countries that register cases for the first time.

In all, 100,000 people and two were infected with the virus, and 3,406 people died. The rise in the toll, 2,492 new cases recorded since the day before yesterday, is linked to a rise in the number of injuries in Iran with the registration of 1,234 new cases.

China, where the epidemic first appeared in late December, 80 thousand and 552 injuries, including 3042 deaths. On Friday, the Chinese authorities announced 143 new injuries and 30 deaths.

China, Iran, South Korea, France, Spain and the Netherlands recorded new deaths. The Palestinian authorities, Serbia, the Vatican, Slovakia, Peru and the Kingdom of Bhutan have announced the diagnosis of the first injuries on their soil.

In total, there were 88,388 injuries in Asia yesterday (3101 deaths), Europe 6,284 injuries (165 deaths), the Middle East 4,993 injuries (127 deaths), the United States and Canada 194 cases (12 deaths), and Oceania 68 cases (two cases) Deaths), Africa has 41 injuries, and Latin America and the Caribbean have 34 injuries.

Schools are still the focus of safety efforts related to the emerging coronavirus (Covid 19) yesterday, as more countries are studying restrictions, in an effort to stem the spread of the disease. Croatia ordered all schools yesterday to postpone any student trips across the country's borders, in the hope of reducing the risk of infection with the Coruna virus.

Croatia has 11 confirmed cases of Covid-19 to date. The country is bordered by Italy, which has bilateral traffic in tourism and trade and as a transit point.

Italy had already closed its schools until mid-March, the same measures being taken in India and Japan. Many other countries ask whether they should do the same.

Five schools in the Greater Stockholm area were closed yesterday, after reports that students, parents or teachers were infected with the virus.

Yesterday, the Iranian Ministry of Health announced that 17 new deaths were recorded due to the new Corona virus, which raises the total death toll to 124, with the outbreak spreading to all provinces.

"We have confirmed that there are 1,234 new cases, which is a record in the past few days," which raises the total number of injuries to 4,747, a health ministry spokesman, Kyanosh Jahanpur, told a televised press conference.

The student news agency reported that a Tehran representative is currently in a coma after being infected with the virus.

And Friday, Iran announced tightening restrictions on freedom of movement, to limit the spread of the epidemic, and the police confirmed that no travelers would enter the provinces of Mazandaran (North) and Ghilan, except for those residing in them from other provinces.

Iran closed schools and universities until the beginning of April to contain the virus.

On the other hand, consumers strip store shelves from toilet rolls, hand sanitizers and masks all over the world from Japan, through France, to the United States, while the emerging Corona virus raises terror among people worried about a shortage of goods.

And spread on social media, pictures and videos, some showing crowds rushing to stores, and others documenting empty shelves, which aggravated the state of panic and confusion, from the spread of the epidemic that killed thousands, put millions in quarantine, and caused disturbances and declines in global markets.
