With her husband, Sahar Abdel Moneim attended the management skills course, she was nothing more than a companion in order to complete the social form, but the end of the course was the beginning of a major turning point in her life.

The trainer asked her, "What are you good at doing?" She shyly replied, "Stuffed only," and from here her start to the business world. From that moment, Sahar began a new stage in which she transformed from a simple housewife cooking for her husband and children to a successful project owner with many quality certificates, to become "Chef Sahar" an emerging business woman.

Sahar invests her skill in cooking and preparing homemade food to open a kitchen that provides ready meals for many companies and social events.

Slowly, the Egyptian woman achieved remarkable success, which enabled her to expand her activity and move from her home to a private residence, where she supervises 15 women, in addition to the project accountant and the delivery driver.

The project has had dozens of steady customers, as well as other customers, a success that prompted the chef to charm what she calls a global launch.

Workers say that Sahar succeeded in converting their cooking skill into a job and a living, expressing their happiness, especially with mutual respect between them and the employer.
