During the meeting, Putin noted that amendments to the Constitution are in demand, since the situation in Russia has changed dramatically.
The head of state also said that the responsibility for violations during the April 22 vote on constitutional amendments will be the same as in the presidential election. According to him, he instructed to make appropriate changes to the Administrative and Criminal Codes.
