Athletic Bilbao qualified for the King's Cup final despite their 2-1 defeat in Granada on Thursday evening in the return semi-final, and will return to Real Sociedad for a 100% Basque final on April 18 in Seville.

Grenade led 2-0 in the 76th minute after goals from Carlos Fernandez (48th) and German Sanchez (76th), but Yuri Berchiche scored the qualifying goal in the 81st. Bilbao won the first leg 1-0.

In the other semi-final on Wednesday, Real Sociedad defeated the 2nd division club Mirandes 1-0 after having already won 2-1 in the first leg.
