He emphasized that the external forces played a negative role that exacerbated the conflicts, in both Syria, Yemen and Libya, and led to prolonging them and opening additional fronts in them, as these forces planted the germ of the militia fighting proxy, and adopted inconsistent agendas, even hostile to the national state in principle .

He added, "It is time for these forces to lift their hands from the Arab lands. In the end, these non-Arab forces will not be able to dig for themselves a permanent presence on the Arab lands, and all their projects and plans will disappear, long or short."

Abul-Gheit thanked the United Arab Emirates for its contribution to modernizing the main meeting hall of the Arab League at its own expense.

He stressed the importance of developing scientific mechanisms to take advantage of developments in order to catch up with the global race, pointing to the importance of strengthening cooperation and integration with different peoples of the world>

He stressed that without the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, there will be no ability to achieve stability in the region, and to provide the environment necessary for peaceful coexistence between Palestinians and Israelis.

He emphasized that resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict is an interest for Israel, the region and the world, and Israel has no way but to enter into serious negotiations with the Palestinians.

Bin Alawi said that the international community must shoulder its historical responsibility and move to end this conflict by realizing the truth.
