A terrible drama took place this Wednesday morning at Cernay station in the Haut-Rhin. A 17-year-old teenager was hit by a train that entered the station shortly before 8 a.m., Latest News from Alsace reports. The young man died instantly.
While the Cernay gendarmes immediately went on the spot, several people were heard in order to define the circumstances of the drama and a psychological support cell was set up in the town hall to accommodate witnesses, particularly shocked by the 'accident, specify our colleagues.
