Sweden is the first country in the world to withdraw a permit to prevent the spread of the corona virus. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also changed its recommendations and so far does not recommend any trips to Iran. But in Denmark, the reason is therefore rounded off. Therefore, passengers from Iran come to Kastrup. And there are no special checks.

"We follow the recommendations that come from the Danish National Board of Health," says Kenni Leth, who is the Press Manager at Kastrup.

- They do not require any checks and therefore we do not have any.

The airlines decide

Iran Air only has one flight a week that goes directly from Iran to Kastrup. But on its website, the Iranian airline states that it has about 60 flights between Tehran and Copenhagen via various stopovers in, for example, Frankfurt, London and Rome.

- There is no prohibition on flying to or from areas of major contamination, such as China or Iran. It is up to the individual airlines how they want to do, says Kenni Leth.

- Flights have been canceled on different routes, but in all cases this has been done on the companies' initiative.
