Samsung Electronics has temporarily shut down its mobile phone factory in South Korea's Gomee Industrial Complex, after results of a staff analysis on Saturday revealed that he was infected with the Coruna virus.

The South Korean Yonhap News Agency stated that the plant will be closed until seven in the evening on Sunday for clearance work, and the floor where the employee works will be closed until next Tuesday morning.

The Samsung chip factory in Jiyong saw a worker at the factory's restaurant on Saturday, and production was not affected by that, according to Bloomberg News.

The city of Gome, where the factory is located, is near the city of Daegu, where the most confirmed cases of infection with the Coronavirus have appeared.

The factory is responsible for the production of two Samsung Galaxy Z flip and Galaxy F fold, which may affect the availability of the phones to users at the point of sale. However, it represents a small part of the company's total production of smart phones, as most of its smartphones are manufactured in Vietnam and India.
