In the process of towing a jeep stuck in rough terrain with the help of a dynamic tow rope, a self-mounted hook-up device was torn off the car being pulled out and touched a man and his daughter passing by.
As a result of the incident, the victims died on the spot.
It is noted that the investigators have already examined the scene of the incident, the organizers of the event and eyewitnesses of the incident are being questioned.
