The investigation into the death of the deputy chief of staff of the Congolese army and chief of military intelligence has not yet produced its results. The family member of former President Joseph Kabila was found dead at his home on Friday, February 28.

Friday, the Council of Ministers met late in the evening. According to several participating ministers, President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi was obviously very affected by the disappearance of General Delphin Kahimbi. General Major Kasonga Cibangu Léon-Richard, army spokesman, assures that everything is being done to determine the circumstances of the death of this officer, very close to former President Joseph Kabila.
