U.S. Government signs Taliban peace agreement First February 29, 22:25 after terrorist attacks

The U.S. government and the Afghan rebels Taliban signed a peace agreement on Tuesday in Doha, Qatar, including a complete withdrawal of U.S. forces stationed in Afghanistan within 14 months.

It is the first time that the US government and the Taliban have signed a peace agreement since the US began military operations following the 2001 terrorist attacks.

In order to end the military operation in Afghanistan, which is said to be the longest war in American history, the focus will be on the steady implementation of agreements, such as the withdrawal of US troops.
