Public employees are to be placed at war

It is the Agency for Social Protection and Preparedness that provides instructions for war locations to take place in 2020.

- We can place all personnel at war. It's an easy way, but we can also choose key features. What we need to do is to investigate whether our personnel are at war elsewhere, in the Home Guard or in positions in other parts of the Swedish Armed Forces, says Carina Björk, who is security and emergency response manager at Region Värmland.

Could it mean vacations? Today, organizations are very slim?

- If we get into such a situation, we have to ask the question - what must we do. That is a priority. In a crisis situation, we cannot do everything we do today.
