The Democratic Party has announced the results of the third round of elections, which selects Chung Byung-Do, former Blue House chief and former Roh Moo-hyun's son-in-law, Kwak Sang-un, as a candidate for the 21st general election.
Former chief Han Byung-do was confirmed as candidate for Iksan, Jeonbuk, and Kwak was appointed as candidate for Boeun, Okcheon, Yeongdong, and Goesan.
In addition, 11 candidates were nominated in Yeosu-eup, Jeonnam, former prosecutor of Kim Hoe-jae, Jeonnam, Mokpo, Kim, former Deputy Mayor of Seoul, and Poong-gyeong, Gyeonggi-do.
