Zelensky convenes an extraordinary meeting of the Rada

“In accordance with the decree of the head of parliament of February 28, 2020, the meeting is convened in connection with the demand of the President of Ukraine to convene an extraordinary plenary meeting of the ninth convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,” the statement said.

It is noted that the apparatus of the Rada was entrusted with the preparation and holding of an extraordinary plenary meeting of the parliament.

Earlier Zelensky appointed Alexei Solovyov to the post of deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).
