For years, the latter have denounced the large number of cycle discontinuities or the level of budgets committed to soft modes in Toulouse and in the agglomeration. To make themselves heard by the candidates in the municipal elections to whom the association “two feet two wheels” requests a real “policy in favor of active modes”, its members organize this large gathering of pedestrians and cyclists.
