The case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code ("Causing death by negligence of two or more persons").
According to the investigation, on February 28, two visitors died at the bathhouse club in Kolomensky proezd “as a result of using chemical elements to create visual effects”.
The rest are hospitalized, they receive the necessary help, they were informed in the department.
