Earlier, the leaders of Russia and Turkey, Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during telephone conversations agreed to discuss the situation in Syrian Idlib “face to face”.
The Kremlin’s press service said that Putin and Erdogan during the talks announced the need for additional measures to normalize the situation in northwestern Syria.
