Sports Association Skogstorps GoIF in Eskilstuna is delighted by Marcus Danielson's move from Djurgårdens IF to Dalian China. The acquisition means a lump sum to Skogstorp in the form of solidarity compensation. Money that goes to the clubs where Marcus Danielson played in his youth, including Skogstorp, IFK Eskilstuna and Västerås SK. - This is so incredibly fun. According to Expressen, the transfer sum should be around SEK 50 million, the largest in the club's history. In solidarity compensation, this means a sum of SEK 750,000 or more to Skogstorps IF.
- It is also very fun for Marcus of course and we are happy for his sake. He has been close to the association over the years and took the time to participate in our 100th anniversary last year, in the midst of the fiery gold battle with Djurgården, says Pär Eriksson.
