Many pupils lack study time at school

One-fourth of the country's fifth-graders lack a school education, and more than half state that other students disrupt the order in the classroom.

"Adults would not accept such a work environment that we encounter in schools," says Jesper Antelius, Head of Unit at the School Inspectorate's analysis department.
