Until yesterday, the Voluntary Air Force has hired Blekinge Air Club's plan to, among other things, fly fireflies and reconnaissance missions for the Swedish Armed Forces. But after revealing that the club had breached the agreement between the parties, by repairing the aircraft themselves, the agreement is now broken.

"We have since terminated the agreement yesterday due to the information on our own maintenance that has been presented to us," says Lars-Göran Johansson, Flight Manager at the Volunteer Aviation Force.

He looks seriously at what happened.

- If an unauthorized person is doing maintenance incorrectly, the aircraft may break. In the worst case, this could lead to serious accidents.

"Has not happened before"

During the time that the Voluntary Air Force conducted an internal investigation, the plan had a flight ban within the corps, which as late as Monday resulted in a plan from neighboring counties to carry out monitoring of rivers and streams after the recent extreme water flows in Blekinge.

And the fact that agreements between the Voluntary Air Force and local air clubs are terminated is very unusual.

- What I know has not happened before, says Lars-Göran Johansson.

SVT News Blekinge has applied for managers in Blekinge Flight Club.

- It is true that they have terminated the agreement, but my picture is that it is because the Volunteer Air Force has no functioning management group in Blekinge. But I will read what they have written, says one of the flight club executives.
