According to the amendment received by the committee, the procedure for such a vote is approved by the CEC within three days from the date of publication of the decree of the head of state.
As noted by Krasheninnikov, the approximate wording of the question in the newsletter will sound like this: “Do you agree with the proposed amendments to the Constitution?”, And on the contrary there will be two columns: “yes” and “no”.
