It means to avoid unnecessary travel to Korea.

Eight countries and regions, including Israel, Mauritius, and Hong Kong, have banned entry from Korea, while sixteen countries and regions, including Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Qingdao, China, have tightened entry procedures.

In addition, more countries, such as Mongolia, the Solomon Islands, and Sri Lanka, have tightened immigration controls without official notice.
