Only a few hours before the first formal meeting of the dialogue table between the State and the Generalitat, the negotiation process between the Spanish Government and the Catalan independence movement required by ERC to abstain in the investiture of Pedro Sánchez, the head of the Executive has assured today in Congress that it is an "important" day and that he faces this meeting "with the best of spirits and waiting for the dialogue to bear fruit" for the reunion.
