- We are very pleased that satisfaction continues to increase as a whole, says Karl-Johan Bodell, traffic director, Kalmar county traffic.

Better result than the year before

The responses were collected in 2019 and the results show that overall satisfaction increased compared to the previous year. The increase was greatest in Kronoberg County. Learn to meet customers

Both in Kronoberg County and Kalmar County, staff receive attendance training.

- All onboard staff are taught how to deal with customers in a neutral and fun way. It is important to be fair and not judgmental, everyone has the same right to travel in public transport.

What is the biggest challenge for public transport in the future?

- To structure bus traffic in a good way and straighten the lines a little further so that those who live a little further from will reach their goal faster, says Karl-Johan Bodell.
