“Fabien was on a motorbike and he was going up the line of cars that were stopped, in traffic jams, says his brother, Sébastien. The biker, father of three, could not avoid it and died instantly. The driver of the vehicle, who will be tried shortly, was under the influence of drugs.

But, according to the family of the victim, the configuration of this two-way axis very busy and often blocked is also in question.
