79% of Russians have heard of the upcoming vote on constitutional amendments. Every fourth person knows about concrete proposals that will be put to the all-Russian vote (23%).

The amendment on ensuring the availability and quality of medical services by the state is supported by 97% of respondents, the provision of social support for children by the state - 96%, the adoption of minimum wages at least 95%, the annual indexation of pensions - 94%, and the indivisibility of the territory of Russia - 94%, a ban for officials to have a residence permit in another country, foreign citizenship or accounts abroad - 93%.

On February 20, it was reported that the State Duma Committee on State Building and Legislation received 262 officially prepared proposals for amendments to the Constitution.
