The Ministry of Foreign Affairs called officials from these embassies in 103 countries to explain South Korea's defense measures.

[Kim Gun, Assistant Secretary of Foreign Affairs: Today's goal was to ask you not to take any action because of fear that is not based on facts. I think that goal was well accomplished.]

Nevertheless, more and more countries are refraining from letting their citizens go to Korea.

In particular, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention raised Korea's travel alerts for the first time at the highest level in the same level as mainland China.

This means refraining from unnecessary trips to Korea.

The State Department is also watching the government because it cannot rule out similar actions.

The number of countries that prohibit or restrict entry from Korea has increased to 24.

Eight countries and regions, including Israel, Mauritius, and Hong Kong, have banned entry. Sixteen countries and regions, including Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Qingdao, China, have stricter entry procedures.

In addition, Mongolia, Solomon Islands, and Sri Lanka are expected to increase their access control without official notification, increasing the number of countries that are slandering us.

More than 400 of our travelers, who were deported from Israel, returned home today (25th) in two charters.

The 30 remaining Koreans in Mauritius will return home on a regular flight tonight.
