“We do not expect this at all, and the European Foreign Service organized this event as a regular scheduled meeting of the Joint Commission,” Ryabkov said.

Earlier, Sergei Ryabkov said he would take part in a meeting of the joint commission on the Iranian nuclear deal at the level of political directors in Vienna on February 26.
