Bin Surur announced the official launch of the “Estimating” activities at its fourth session and the start of receiving applications for candidacy to participate in them for the year 2020 by the targeted companies, which must not be less than 100 workers each, indicating that starting from the current year’s session, Organizing the award every two years instead of organizing it annually.

He explained that the goal behind this is to give companies ample time to make the necessary improvements to their work environments and standards, in line with the recommendations, improvement points and strengths outlined in the final reports that are given to participating companies at the conclusion of each award cycle.

Bin Surur called the contracting companies, factories and companies operating in the free zones in Dubai to participate extensively in the award, due to the positive repercussions on its reputation locally and internationally, in addition to obtaining a (performance evaluation report with the conclusion of each session) to enable it to accumulate its strengths Take the necessary steps towards the improvement points mentioned in the report.

The award program relies on an accurate evaluation method based on the calculation of points with a total of 1000 points distributed with 500 points on the workers 'empowerment ingredients, while the award allocates the other 500 points for evaluation based on labor results, and by 250 points for workers' impressions of their work environment in the company and their relationship with them , And 250 points for performance indicators.
