At midday, the participation rate was very low. However, the first figures during the count show a clear increase at the end of the day. The opposition boycotted these elections and the last candidates in the running were all members of presidential parties or close to them. A movement that has already won 19 seats out of 24 in the first round

This Sunday, the security forces were widely mobilized, in particular in certain sensitive regions. The duels in the ballot boxes opposed in particular the Orange party of the Minister of the Interior to the CRC of President Azali. A foil for some voters.

There already, I don't even know if I'm going to go to the polls or not. I don't see them as elections, it's just nonsense. Elections without opponents with nothing. Why the head of state did not appoint its mayors, its deputies. He should have named them as well because it's one camp. Whoever says Orange says Azali, who says CRC says Azali. Why didn't Azali name all of its mayors there ? So here we are, we are waiting. "

Despite the lack of stakes , voters of all ages put civic duty first.

They favored the old ladies and the old to go first. There are a lot of young people who are - I suppose - in their first year of voting so it's nice to see that people make it a point to vote. We can vote whoever we want or even if we don't vote, we vote neutral, but the person at least has fulfilled his duty as a citizen, to put the ballot in the ballot box. "

The CENI should announce the provisional results at the end of the day on Monday.
