The court confronted the defendants with the charges against them, so the first confessed to assaulting the victim accompanied by the second, and he denied the theft charge, and said that he loaned the victim a sum of money, and he was demanding the amount a lot without success, noting that on the day of the incident his phone was agreed with him to meet him to solve the problem, and when He saw him assaulted and beat him, but did not steal him.

He added that he had four people with him, in addition to the second defendant when he assaulted the victim, but they did not participate in the attack, pointing out that his goal was to hit the complainant to discipline him and not to steal him.

In turn, the prosecution requested that the defendants be convicted, while the court decided to postpone the case to the date of the second of next March, to hear the victim's statements, while the defendants continued to be imprisoned.
