The woman who was arrested after the fire in Kolsrum was arrested by Kalmar district court on Friday afternoon. The woman denies the crime, but the district court chose to arrest her, as suspected of the fire in the multi-family property, the night of Thursday. She is arrested for probable cause, and suspected of serious murder.
The detained woman is subject to restrictions during the detention period, which means that she will not be able to communicate with the outside world during the detention period. The district court ruled that there is a risk that the woman will deviate. The ministry for serious murder is two years in prison.
Prosecution must be brought by March 6.
