The study is based on examining the results of resuscitation cases in Asian countries, as each country provided data ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 years, and it is expected to repeat the study with longer time series in the future.

The results of the study indicated that the average response time in Dubai is 10 minutes, and it ranks fifth among the seven countries, after Taiwan 5.2 minutes, Japan six minutes, Korea six minutes, and Singapore 7.9 minutes.

With the immediate response project achieving the desired goal, which is to reduce the response time to four minutes or less, Dubai will occupy first place in the group of Asian countries under study.
