The United States and the United Kingdom accused Russian military intelligence (GRU) on Thursday of being behind cyber attacks in 2019 in Georgia.
"The GRU's dangerous and shameless cyber attack campaign against Georgia, a sovereign and independent nation, is completely unacceptable," said British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab in a statement, while the US State Department said mentioned in a separate press release "operations to sow division, create insecurity and undermine democratic institutions".
