When the police moved on a container, they found a way down to the underground cigarette factory, which was both large and well-developed. The factory could produce up to 3,500 cigarettes per hour.
Twenty people have been arrested, and a 30-year-old British man has been identified as the leader, along with a 26-year-old from Lithuania. Both men were wanted in their homeland for previous crimes.
