The Supreme Court has annulled the sentence that acquitted the ten defendants of the so-called "Coslada case" only in the part that affects the former head of the Local Police of said Madrid municipality, Ginés Jiménez , his wife and son. The court indicates that it will be the sentencing Chamber of instance which, once the proceedings have been returned, will carry out the valuation of all the probative assets, without now proceeding with the specific resolution of this cassual censorship.
