On the day of the incident, between 8:05 p.m. and 8:20 p.m., the vehicle was traveling on rue de Gelas, in the 3rd arrondissement, at number 6, when the collision took place with the cyclist going up the axis towards Bron , on a cycle track, specifies the police.

Hospitalized in serious condition, the cyclist was temporarily unable to work for 45 days.
